The location was perfect. I checked in online which was convenient, when I got here had to show ID and done. Check out was also online and convenient! The room was clean the bed was comfortable. The location of my room was nice there was minimal noise from the neighbors. Free parking. Only complaint is advertises for microwave and fridge in the room and there was not. I managed without I'm OK with room temp water, if it was more than a nights stay I would have mentioned it at the desk. The desk was also friendly. I do recommend they put a mirror in the room, that would be helpful when someone is in the shower the other person could continue getting ready. Nice stay!
Super quiet, super clean, spacious enough, microwave and refrigerator work, everything in bathroom is normal and works to perfection (no toilet overflow, shower head high up and adjustable, large towels, washcloths, etc). WiFi works fine, television and remote works, comfortable bed, furnace works. Iron works. Hangars in closet. Air is smoke-free and vape-free. They provide free self-serve breakfast and coffee. Very well run and clean and quiet. Super cheap. They also provide overflow for unhoused people. La Quinta cares about people. 10/10
Tina at the front desk was super sweet & understanding! The elevators were acting up and she even offered to help me bring my stuff up 100% recommend and I will be coming back :)
Best motel refrigerator EVER. A separate freezer kept our blue ice cold for the cooler. Convenient to Yale and EV charging and right by IKEA. Very nice staff.
The linens are great. They tried hard to make it look nice, but it's got a lot of scars. Still it was a good overnight spot. No food at breakfast. There was a group staying and they just couldn't keep up.
Great for traveling or business trips. Right off the highway so easy to get back on the road. Plenty of food and entertainment options within walking distance. Staff seemed nice, and helped me every time I locked myself out!
Great place to spend time with family or friends the hotel has great up lift and a new look the hotel looks amazing from the highway love the lobby it looks really good breakfast is amazing lots of parking the room they look really good overall the stay was really amazing most definitely will stay again the staffs and managers are really helpful with and question or concerns
We stayed here this past weekend because we were watching a show at Shubert theatre. The location was convenient in terms of being a few minutes away from the theatre, downtown, ikea and pier. We had a room facing the water which was very nice. It did overlook the highway but I didn’t notice any noise because we are used to white noise. The room was clean and updated. The bathroom was repainted and not completely renovated. Our bed, room and bathroom were clean. When we needed extra sheets and pillows, room service brought it up. The sofa bed was not comfortable as my son could feel the springs but he was able to sleep for about 7-9hrs. The breakfast was in an updated room with sausages, eggs, self service waffle, fruit mix, yogurt, applesauce, bagels, toast, cereal, oj, tea and coffee. We had a pleasant stay. I recommend trying the horchata and el lote at La chalupa next to the pier!
